  Shirley and Howard are wonderful landlords. My partner and I had the pleasure of living in one of their units for a little over a year. They are definitely willing to go above and beyond. When our apartment flooded and we were out of the unit for a month, we returned to find out that they had watered our plants! When I was 8 months pregnant and the hot water in our bathroom stopped working, the offered me use of their shower. The unit was well maintained. They responded quickly. They are kind, fair and professional. If we hadn’t needed extra space for our growing family, we’d still be living there.
