  I lived in one of their properties for a couple of years and I only left because I moved out of province. Otherwise I would have stayed for a long time. Property was always clean and well-cared for and service requests were responded to promptly. Friendly property managers that I always felt comfortable contacting. Best place I lived during my 15 years in Toronto. I always recommend to friends who are apartment hunting.
