  I have resided in a rental unit of Shirley Steele and Howard Buckley (Bridgeway Property Management Inc.) for more than 4 years and I can easily state that it has been my best rental experience to date. From the day I first viewed the unit, I was taken aback by how clean and well-kept it was; this care and maintenance also extended to the entire property, inside and out, which I greatly appreciate. Shirley and Howard are responsive and timely with all communications and are more than happy to fulfill any requests I may have, whether it’s to store something in their shed space or to tend to small fix-up jobs in the unit I occupy. They are courteous, respectful and friendly and easily go above and beyond their roles as property managers. I wholeheartedly endorse them in this role and would recommend their rental properties to anyone.
