Shirley and Howard have been my landlords for the past 6 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I never felt like I had to fight for things to get fixed. They are very responsive to any complaints/issues and quickly address them. They are incredibly understanding and are always willing to help. One really great example of this was when we had issues with neighbours using our backyard as a shortcut to access their property. In response Shirley and Howard put up a fence around the property to prevent neighbours from crossing through the backyard that we had full access to.
